Place your matcha sifter over your matcha bowl or cup and sift 1 tsp of the matcha powder into your bowl so that the matcha is lump-free.
Pour the hot water over the matcha and whisk in a zig-zag fashion with your bamboo whisk
Pour warm soymilk over the matcha and stir gently. Enjoy right away for the best flavor.
Notes
You can also make an iced matcha latte by pouring cold soymilk or another plant-based milk over ice, then pouring the matcha over it. Like your matcha on the sweeter side? Add some maple syrup, monk fruit sweetener, or stevia to taste.
