Description
The only dutch oven I use! Mine is in the grenadine color, but if I could do it again, I would buy this white one! This dutch oven is heavy, well made, and has survived moving from NYC to Los Angeles to San Francisco! I’ve been using it steadily for almost a decade. It is pricey, but being sustainable to me means buying the best quality product that you can afford and using it for decades! I know I’ll use my Staub cocotte forever! Great for making soups, stews, chili, I also use it to boil pasta, vegan mac and cheese, you can also bake bread in it! Trust me, you won’t need to buy another pot after you buy this one. Although this pot is oval to accomodate a chicken, I have only cooked vegan food in this beauty. Naturally non-stick, this enamel coated cast iron Dutch oven is a piece you will pass down for generations!
